All our Classes are video Recorded and uploaded on a centralized server from where our Central Quality monitoring Team keeps a check on the quality of the lecture and keeps giving feedback to every teacher on the ground. This way we control and ensure that the best classes are delivered to every student.
Additionally whenever a student feels that the classroom coaching quality is not maintained they can approach the central Customer services team and lodge a complaint and since we have a video recording of every class, we immediately check and improve on it.
While this happens rarely but still a negative feedback mechanism helps us run our 4 branches efficiently.
Periodic Weekly Test & Monthly Quest
Our Courseware is designed in such a way that we teach students eveery week and then conduct a test on every monday. This way we keep a tab on students preparation level and the same is shared to the student time to time
The Monthly Quest is conducted uniformly all across BioTecNika and Students get All India Rank and Percentage which helps them judge better
